I. Reference Card for Overseas Personnel

Place：XinLi Police Station, DongLi District, Tianjin (Location: 375 Jintang Road, DongLi District, Tianjin)
Request：Applicants should go to the designated place within 24 Hours of arrival.
Materials：

Passport
Copy of First Page of Passport
Copy of Residence Permit
Copy of Recent Arrival Stamp in Passport

II. Initial Application for Residence Permit

Materials for initial application are listed as below.
(1) Valid Passport;
(2) Original Letter of Admission;
(3) Visa Application for Study in China (JW202) (Third copy);
(4) Foreigner Physical Examination Form issued by Tianjin Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (required for applicants aged 18 and above);
(5) Application for Residence Permit issued by International Students Affairs Management Office;
(6) Application form for alien Visa Certificate (Fill it in at Tianjin Entry-exit Hall);
(7) One recent half-length, full-frontal, bare-headed, two-inch photo. Free on-site photo collection is available for foreigners applying for residence permit for the first time;
(8) Reference Card for Overseas Personnel;
(9) The processing fee is RMB 400.

III. Re-Application for Residence Permit

Materials for re-application are listed as below.
(1) Applicant’s Valid Passport&Original Residence Permit.
(2) Study Certificate From the University;
(3) Application for Residence Permit issued by International Students Affairs Management Office;
(4) Application form for alien Visa Certificate (Fill it in at Tianjin Entry-exit Hall);
(5) One recent two-inch half-length front and bareheaded photo. For non-first-time application, you need to submit one paper photo or you can take a free photo on-site;
(6) Reference Card for Overseas Personnel;
(7) The processing fee is RMB 400.

IV. Notice

1. Please apply for the Residence Permit renewal before the expiration date.
2. Please read the above information carefully. If the student fails to apply for the Residence Permit due to personal reasons, he or she shall bear the responsibility.

Please take all the above materials to the Reception Hall of Exit and Entry Administration Bureau of Tianjin Public Security Bureau (Location: 2nd Floor, Haitai Building, No.6 Meiyuan Road, Huayuan Industrial Area).
